Luang Phor Tone, Wat Khao Noi Khiriwan, Amphoe Bahnbueng, Chonburi, he was friend of Luangpoo Tim Wat Laharnrai and he's one of the best modern Eastern Keji monk. LP.Tone good at making various kind of Amulets,LP Tone, Wat KhaoNoiKhiRiWan, Chonburi Province:LP Tone or “Tone Kantasilo” was born on the 2nd July 1923 in Chonburi Province. His highest education was at primary4. He got ordained as a monk at the age of 30 on the 14thJune 1952 at Wat NernSangSaRueDaRam, Chonburi Province. He was famous for his powerful amulets and his help for people. He also had knowledge of ancient medicine especially in making holy water to combine bones. He moved to KhaoNoi in 1969. At that time there was no temple there, LP Tone stayed there with a cushion and an umbrella. Then people in that area saw him and admired by his good behavior. So they cooperated to build the small house for him. After that, the small house was developed and Sangha Association of Thailand officially announced there to be the temple in the name of “Wat KhaoNoiKhiRiWan”. LP Tone passed away on the 30th April 2008.
Amulets of Luangphor Tone are Popular in Eastern part of Thailand.
