LP Chan was born on May 18 ,2453 BE in home town Barn-lar-gaew district Hua-
sai Nakon Si Thammarat province. His father's name Keaw mother name Pood-kaew surname Thong-gaew. LP Chan is eldest son of 4 children bore by his parents. When he was young, he studied from Phra-kru-sang-kha-rak Wat Lar-gaew about talisman
,spell and mantra. After that he studied more from scriptures. All of the gangsters and hooligans in place were very much afraid of him because he was famous to be invulnerable against weapons aka kongkrapan.
When he was 20 years old he ordain as a monk at Wat Sar-lar-gaew under Phra-kru-pha-nang-sri-wi-sut-thi-pak-di as his preceptor and was given the name "Su-me-tho".
LP Chan always go pilgrimage around the south of Thailand, the central of Thailand in Myanmar and in India too. He also study from AC Aead-dam Wat Sa-lar-pai who at the same time was also one of the masters of Khun Pan tha-rak-rachadej .LP Aead-dam first batch coin is 1 of the top 5 coins in Nakorn Srithammarat which costs about 3-400,000฿. In BE2491 after pilgrimage for 20 years, LP Chan came by and feel that Wat-Thung-Fuer is a very quiet and serene place for meditation and he chose to stay in this temple. He raised funds to renovate Wat Thung-Fuer from scratch as the temple look shabby to be a civilization temple. He become the abbot and build the neccessary buildings in temple such as kuti for monks to stay, a ubosot (main hall), viharn,etc. so that people can come to the temple to pray and take refuge.
LP Chan pass away on November 10 BE2532 and he predicted the day that he will pass on. He passed away in meditation position which is a very rare sight by monks all over the world. Many believed that he have reach the state of an Arahant. After 26 years that he have passed on, his body still not decay in a coffin in the temple, LP Chan's disciples and Buddhist come to respect and pray everyday.
